Basic Thai cooking course 

This class is for the beginner to learn the basic of Authentic Thai cuisine, right from understanding the ingredients and principles of Thai cuisine.  Popular dishes such as Tom Yum Kung, Green Curry Green Curry with Fish Ball and Spicy Glass Noodle Salad are programmed in this course.  You will learn Thai’s unique spices and basic knowledge of ingredients and cooking skills.  Each session is 3 hours long, and it starts with visit of local market to get familiar with Thai spices and herbs.  You will cook 12 dishes in 1 course (4 sessions) through a complete hands-on cooking experience.

Session 1
- Tom Yam Kung (Spicy soup with prawn and lemon grass)                            
- Kao Phad Kung/Gai (Fried rice with shrimp and chicken)              
- Phad Phak Ruam Mitr (Stir—fried mixed vegetables)

 Session 2  
- Kaeng Keaw Wan Look Chin Pla Grai (Green curry with fish ball)
- Kao Kluk Kapi (Rice Mixed with Shrimp paste)
- Yam Som O (Pomelo salad with shrimp)

Session 3
- Kaeng Som (Northeastern Sour Fish Soup)
- Som Tam Thai (Thai green papaya salad)
- Phad Thai Kung Sod (Stir-fried Rice Noodle with Shrimp)

Session 4
- Yam Woon Sen (Mung Bean Noodle Spicy Salad)
- Poh Pia Thod (Deep fried spring roll)
- Gai Phad Med Ma Muang (Stir-fried Chicken with Cashew nuts)


Schedule and Fee
1)      1 Session : 3 menus : 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 a.m.  – minimum 4 pax to open the course
