This class is for the beginner to learn the basic of Authentic Thai cuisine, right from understanding the ingredients and principles of Thai cuisine.  Popular dishes such as Tom Yum Kung, Green Curry Green Curry with Fish Ball and Spicy Glass Noodle Salad are programmed in this course.  You will learn Thai’s unique spices and basic knowledge of ingredients and cooking skills.

Intermediate Thai cooking course offers you a deep insight into the culinary culture of Thailand; with hands-on learning experience to treat yourself with the exquisite, and mouth watering Thai delicacies. In these 3 hours, you will challenged by more complicated cooking process, starting from preparing sauces, pastes and adjusting flavours based on the Thai principles of balancing tastes among salty, sweet, bitter, sour and spicy.

Basic Japanese Cooking Course is divided into 4 seasons (sessions) which are, spring, summer, fall and winter according to the eating habits of the Japanese. Students will get to learn how to make sushi, udons noodles soup, how to make udons from scratch and the different types of cooking; frying, making the soup, steaming, boiling, grilling and more.

Sushi making is an art.  This is because making sushi is more than just methods and recipes. It requires skills for instance the art of fish filleting, the art of rice cooking or even the art of plating. The chef also needs to have speed and elegance in his/her movements.

International Style Fusion Sushi Course

Students will learn about the fusion technique between traditional Japanese and American style. International Style Fusion Course teaches with a variety of quality ingredients. It also provides you with the skills in making many different kinds of sushi sauce and on how to marinate fish in an international style. 


Salmon Filleting Course

Professional Salmon Filleting Course teaches you from the very basics of salmon filleting for sushi and sashimi to how to cook the different parts of salmon, whether it be boiling, frying or even pickling with an authentic taste of Japan.
